The courtesy visit by USIM ‘Alamiyyah to Prince of Songkla University (PSU) is expected to open a new chapter in strategic bilateral cooperation in both academic and non-academic fields. God willing, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed between USIM and PSU this coming August to pave the way for more collaborative opportunities between the two universities, particularly following discussions with the Faculty of Communication and Science.
Previously, both universities had a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Faculty of Quranic and Sunnah Studies, USIM, and the Faculty of Islamic Studies, PSU. However, the MoU has expired last year. This upcoming agreement is hoped to renew and expand upon that foundation towards wider institutional collaboration.
